ERIN VOGEL RACING
Erin was first introduced to the thrill of speed in her mid-twenties when taking her street car to local track events. Ten years later she is an accomplished race car driver, MSF certified performance driving in-car and classroom instructor, event organizer and now team owner. She has progressed her way up the ladder racing a variety of cars from Porsche Boxsters to factory-built GT4 and GT3 racecars. In 2021 she became the first woman to win a race in the Pro-Am class globally in SRO GT World Challenge, also earning a total of 4 podiums and a pole position in that series.
AE VIctory Racing
In 2023, Erin founded AE Victory Racing alongside her partner, Aaron Snair - a team dedicated to developing female drivers, collaborating with and promoting women in motorsports. Currently competing in World Racing League, Vogel hopes the team will move into pro series in the next two to three years. In 2025, Erin and the team hosted their first driver shootout to scout female talent. The team is expanding to a two car program in 2026, as well as expanding their driver development program to include expanded professional development and coaching.
WOMEN IN MOTORSPORT
Erin is passionate about being a role model, mentor, and leader in the effort to get more women into motorsports careers - but also to get them taking chances and populating spaces that they wouldn’t otherwise see themselves entering. She, like many others, believes that visibility is the first step towards that goal. Closely related to visibility is the need for education - particularly in spreading the knowledge that unconventional career paths exist, that they are open to women, as well as teaching young girls both the intellectual, professional, and hands-on the skills that will help them succeed in the fields of science, engineering, technology, and math. Erin is available for both in-person and virtual keynote appearances. Please reach out through our contact page for scheduling inquiries.
